SMS Messages v3 (Address Book add-in)

Supplied FREE with the licenced version of SMS Messages v3 is a Notes Public Address Book add-in view that enables users of SMS Messages v3 to send SMS messages to anyone within the organisation who has a valid mobile phone number recorded within the NAB.

Pre-existing code within SMS Messages v3 ensures that any number recorded is properly translated for sending.

A person entry for Joe Bloggs that records his mobile number as 00 44 (0) 7XXX XXXXXX or + 44 (0) 7XXX XXXXXX is useable as SMS Messages v3 will concatenate the number as 00447XXXXXXXXX for delivery to the SMS Server.

Provided that your chosen SMS Server supports +/00 translation (as in the case of PSWinCom Professional) then SMS Messages v3 will support sending to anyone with a mobile phone number listed in the NAB.

NOTE - The evaluation version of SMS Messages v3 fully supports recipient selection from the NAB in the standard way (and number translation) but will not send an SMS Message if a valid mobile phone number is not present in the relevant Person entry.
