Many Lotus Notes/Domino CRM solutions are designed to be “all things to all men” and consequently they don’t quite fit the working environment of your enterprise forcing you to change the way you work or accept some compromise. However not all Lotus Notes/Domino CRM solutions are the same. Contact Manager from Double 6 is different.

We have deliberately designed Contact Manager to be an “out of the box” solution that does the important things and does them well while also designing the application in such a way as to make it easy to include bespoke modules that do exactly what the business enterprise requires.

We regard Contact Manager as the “core module” and fully expect our customers to want things changed to meet their business needs. Because all businesses are different we have found that the “out of the box” environment is never quite what is required.

Contact Manager's standard features include:

Ability to create & manage all contact with Customers, Suppliers, Prospects, Private Individuals etc from one centralised, easy to use, application.
Centralised phone & address book (multiple addresses for the same contact).
Ability to create records of phone conversations, prepare & send letters, faxes & e-mails, record visit details and make internal notes. Copy any or all of the information to other users at will.
Easy "single click" user interface - learn to do one thing and you have learned it all!
Full functionality available to both internal & remote users (built in security to ensure that correspondence is actually sent when created by a remote user).
Easy mailshot creation. Letters, faxes and e-mail.
Prospect Customer & Prospect Supplier tracking.
Document level security - user decides who can see what. (Can be switched on/off at Administrator level.)
Electronic Fax Gateway compatible – requires purchase of separate Fax Gateway.
Unique SMS Messaging module - requires purchase of separate SMS Gateway.
Highly customisable at Administrator level. One click Administrator level set-up and activation of compatible Electronic Fax & SMS Gateways.
CTI enabled for use with standard SIP based VOIP systems

Contact Manager can be supplied together with a specially modified Notes Mail Template which when installed and activated allows users to "transfer" mail received in their personal mailbox directly into the database and index it against the appropriate contact.
